We designed our yoga pant leggings to fit most body types. The material we chose was extremely important for the right compression and feel. The high waist needed to be high enough to cover and hold in the belly without having the material roll over, especially during yoga. The pockets were extremely necessary and the crotch gusset, a must!

I’m an active outdoor enthusiast who is quite fidgety and therefore, hard to please when it comes to compression leggings. Even with my substantial booty, I comfortably fit into a size small. Mucho Wow leggings are high-waisted, hold in your tummy and lift what needs to be (lol), have pockets and just enough compression to be so comfortable. I am 55 and have had two kids, these leggings are just what my body needs! They stay put for the whole time you wear them without having to keep pulling them up. The leggings fit perfectly and they are so comfortable. I love how high waisted they are and they hug me in all the right places. I also enjoy the material as it doesn't attract any lint, giving them a clean, sleek look. The pockets are a great addition as well.

Best leggings I have ever owned!
A friend recommended these to me, so I bought them for a camping trip. The pants were cool enough for 80° weather, but also warm enough for the chilly nights in my sleeping bag. They accentuated my curves and made me look slim. I love that they are high-waisted and have side pockets deep enough to hold my phone! I can move in them, hike, do yoga, etc. They're excellent, and at a great price!
As for size, I wear a size 4 to 6 pants, and ordered a small. They fit perfectly!

I love the high waist as leggings tend to slide down on me. These don’t slide down like other leggings and stay in place.

I like to run, kickbox, dance, and do yoga. These leggings are great for all those things. The material is a nice quality, not too thick and not too thin. And the high waist is just the right height. The side pocket is so handy...I never want to wear my old leggings now!
